This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Watch Chamber Group Limited ("Watch Chamber") for Listing fees and Members Club subscriptions. Watch Chamber does not process, hold, or escrow Transaction payments between Buyers and Sellers — refunds for Transactions must be arranged directly with the Seller in accordance with the Seller Rules & Standards and applicable consumer law. Read together with the Terms & Conditions and Members Club Terms.
Listing fees purchase advertising space on the Platform. They are non-refundable once the Listing goes live, save that we will refund a Listing fee where:
Refunds will not be given because a Listing did not sell, generated fewer enquiries than expected, was removed for breach of policy, or because the Seller changed their mind after publication.
Members Club subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (see Members Club Terms). We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months except:
Where Stripe or the Platform charges you twice for the same fee, or takes a payment for a fee you did not authorise, we will refund the duplicate charge in full via the original payment method.
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable law. Consumer cancellation rights for the Members Club are described in the Members Club Terms.
Email info@watchchamber.co.uk with the account email, the Stripe payment reference, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and process valid refunds within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are made to the original payment method via Stripe.
If you disagree with our refund decision you may escalate through the Complaints Procedure. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Watch Chamber cannot refund money you paid to a Seller for a watch, because we never receive or hold that money. Refund and remedy claims for a watch purchase must be pursued directly with the Seller. Dealers must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015; Private Sellers are typically subject to the "sold as described" standard. See the Marketplace Disclaimer.
