Members Club Terms

These Members Club Terms form a subscription agreement between Watch Chamber Group Limited ("Watch Chamber", "we") and you as a subscriber, in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Marketplace Disclaimer and Refund Policy. In the event of conflict on subscription matters, these Members Club Terms prevail.

1. Subscription

The Watch Chamber Members Club is a paid monthly subscription at £99.99 per month (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Membership is personal to the account holder and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

• Priority placement in search results
• Featured placement in the dealer directory
• Homepage exposure opportunities
• Enhanced analytics
• Concierge priority visibility
• Early access to new Platform features

3. Billing & Stripe

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe on the anniversary of the initial payment. Watch Chamber does not store your full card details. If your payment method changes, you must update it in your billing settings before the next renewal.

4. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise Stripe, on our behalf, to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Members Club benefits until the end of that period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months except as required by law or as expressly set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Failed payments & suspension

If a renewal payment fails, we (via Stripe) will attempt retries and notify you by email. If payment is not received within 7 days of the failed renewal, Members Club benefits will be suspended and your account will revert to standard Listing fees. Suspended subscriptions may be reinstated by settling the outstanding amount, subject to eligibility.

7. Fair usage & abuse

"Unlimited" Listings are subject to fair use. Members must comply with the Seller Rules & Standards and the Acceptable Use Policy. Bulk uploads of duplicate, fake, spam, counterfeit, or off-topic listings, or attempts to resell / share the subscription, are abusive and may lead to Listing removal, suspension of benefits without refund, or account termination.

8. Price changes

We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect and your final renewal will be at the current price.

9. Consumer cancellation rights

Where you are a consumer you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By activating Members Club benefits immediately on sign-up you request that the service starts within the cancellation period; if you cancel within 14 days you may be charged for benefits already provided. Rights relating to defective digital services under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

11. Suspension for breach

Members Club benefits may be paused or terminated where an account is suspended under the Account Suspension & Appeals Policy. Suspension for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
